Please choose your product carefully as we do not give a refund for change of mind, we will only refund or exchange for damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your purchase arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference. Returned items must be packaged securely and mailed back in their original condition (i.e. original box and packaging).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days to be advised at the time.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, we do not offer a refund or exchange.
