Multi-Purpose Carpette Mat – 145 x 100 x 1.5 cm

This multi-purpose carpet mat is designed for practising gymnastics. It is particularly suited for use with the beam thanks to its ability to mould to the contours of the apparatus. Its soft, impact-absorbing foam provides extra comfort and thickness for users. It helps to protect gymnasts’ joints and prevent injuries and strain.

It can also be used on asymmetric bars, when learning transitions from the upper bar to the lower bar, and on parallel bars to slow the gymnast down after certain exercises.
