This inclined module can be used for daily training on different apparatus or within learning circuits. Thanks to the incline, gymnasts can practice roundoffs and do several exercises for strengthening their muscles.
The numbered central line helps the gymnast to quickly spot the impact zones. It also makes it possible to set up several gymnastic exercises such as arm push-off.
